Will it sound like a robot?
No. AME uses high-fidelity voice synthesis tuned to a natural UK accent. Most callers do not realise they are speaking to an AI — and we always let her introduce herself by name so it is honest.
What if a customer asks something AME can't answer?
She politely takes a message, logs the question against the customer card in your dashboard, and texts you a heads-up. You call back when you can.
Can she handle complaints?
She handles them gracefully and routes immediately to you. No complaint gets brushed off — it lands in your inbox flagged red.
Does she record calls?
Yes, with consent. AME announces the recording at the start of every call. Recordings are stored in your dashboard for 90 days. Customer can request deletion any time (UK GDPR compliant).
Can I customise what she says?

What happens if Vapi goes down?
