What is the TradeScale Plus AI sales executive?
TradeScale Plus is an AI website sales executive for UK used-car dealers: a chat assistant that lives on your website, knows your entire live stock car by car, takes buyers straight to the right car, books real viewings and test drives, quotes finance at your own representative APR, and hands you qualified leads.
How does it know my stock?
It reads your actual live stock from your website, make, model, year, price, mileage, colour, fuel, gearbox, spec, features and MOT for every car, and relearns it every day, so it is never out of date and never offers a sold or reserved car.
Is this just another chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers off a FAQ and has no idea what's on your forecourt. This is a salesperson: it answers from your real stock, navigates buyers to the exact car's page, books real appointments inside your opening hours, and quotes finance on the actual car. How do bookings work?
The assistant agrees a specific date and time with the buyer for a viewing or test drive, checks it against your real opening hours (within hours, at least an hour ahead, no later than an hour before closing), confirms it, and emails you the booking with the exact car and the customer's details.
How do I get the leads?
Every captured lead and every booking lands in your inbox with the car, the customer's name, number and email, and a summary of the chat. Reply to the email and it goes to the buyer. You also get a live dealer dashboard showing conversations, cars discussed and leads with one-tap call and email.
Does it do finance?
It gives a representative finance illustration at your own real representative APR, tied to the specific car the buyer is viewing, never an invented rate, so buyers see a realistic monthly figure and your follow-up starts warm.
Will it work on my website?
Yes, it installs on any dealer website with one line of code, whatever platform it's built on, and runs in your own branding and name. There is nothing for your team to maintain.
Can it handle a big superstore stock?
