We're upfront about the bits we don't own. You bring two third-party accounts so you keep control of your phone numbers and AI voice — and you pay those providers directly, not us.

Twilio (your phone number)

Your dealership number lives in your Twilio account. You pay Twilio directly for calls + SMS at their published rates. Typically £15–40/month depending on call volume.

Vapi (the voice AI)

Vapi powers AME's voice. Your Vapi account, your billing — typically £0.05–0.08 per minute of conversation. We tune the assistant for you.

Most dealers spend £20–60/month on Vapi.

That's it. You pay TradeScale Plus £499/month for the platform, plus your Twilio + Vapi usage directly. Total all-in for most dealers: £534–£599/month.

No. £499/month is your only fee to TradeScale Plus. We handle onboarding, Twilio + Vapi setup, stock import, and AME training in the first week — included.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly rolling. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month.
What does AME cost me in Twilio + Vapi usage?
Typically £35–£100/month combined, depending on call + SMS volume. You're billed directly by Twilio and Vapi — we don't mark it up. Most dealers land between £535 and £600 all-in.
Do I need a separate CRM?
No. AME includes the full customer pipeline, communications, stock, aftersales, and reporting. She replaces your CRM.
What if I have more than one dealership?
One TradeScale Plus account per dealership. Multi-site discounts available — talk to us in the demo.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. We port your existing number into Twilio. Zero disruption to customers calling you.
What happens to my customer data if I cancel?
You export everything. Full data export in CSV format on request. We delete what you ask us to delete. UK GDPR compliant.
Is there a free trial?
