Nine stages

From first enquiry to repeat customer.

Every customer flows through nine stages. AME moves them automatically when things happen — a test drive gets booked, a sale gets agreed, a car gets delivered. You see exactly where each deal sits.

AME moves them for you

Drag if you want. She'll do it if you don't.

You can drag any card to any stage at any time. But you usually won't have to — AME watches the events and moves customers automatically.

Test drive booked → moves to Stage 2

AME books a viewing via call or chat. Customer card jumps from New Enquiry to Test Drive Booked instantly. Diary entry created.

Test drive complete → moves to Stage 3

After the scheduled test drive time passes, AME marks the slot done and prompts you for outcome — interested / not / follow-up.

Sale agreed → moves to Stage 5 + creates sale record

When you tap 'Sale agreed' on a card, AME creates the sale row, generates the offer document, and moves the customer to vehicle prep automatically.

Vehicle prepped → moves to Stage 6

Mark a vehicle 'Ready' in stock and the linked customer card auto-moves into Delivered. No double-entry.

Delivered → moves to Stage 8 (Aftersales)

Sale completes → customer enters the aftersales lifecycle. Day 7 check-in, Day 30 review, MOT reminders all auto-scheduled.

Repeat enquiry → moves back to Stage 1

Customer reaches out about a new car? AME spots they're already in your DB, threads the new enquiry to their profile, moves them to New Enquiry on a fresh deal.

One-tap actions

Everything you'd open four apps for.

Open a customer card. Every action you'd normally need to swap tools for — it's right there. AME does most of it for you. The rest is one tap.

Call back

Auto-dial the customer's number from the card. Recording + transcript saved to the timeline.

Reply on any channel

Pick a channel, AME drafts the reply, you approve. Threading handled automatically.

Book test drive / viewing

Pick a slot from your diary. Confirmation goes to the customer. Card auto-moves to Stage 2.

Send offer document

AME generates a frozen-snapshot PDF with vehicle, price, finance illustration. Sent to customer + saved on the card.

Add a note

Internal notes, only visible to you and your staff. Doesn't go to the customer.

Tag + segment

Hot lead, warm lead, finance customer, repeat — tags drive your aftersales segmentation.

Pipeline FAQ

Pipeline questions, answered.

Can I customise the 9 stages?
Most dealers don't — the 9-stage flow is built around how indie used-car sales actually work. We can rename stages or hide one or two if you have a specific workflow.
What if a deal goes cold?
AME spots when a card has been in the same stage too long and either nudges the customer automatically (cold-lead chase) or flags it for you to look at.
Can I see deals across multiple sites?
Each TradeScale Plus account is one dealership. Multi-site dealers run separate accounts with multi-site discount available.
Does it integrate with my existing CRM?
AME IS the CRM. She replaces HubSpot, Pipedrive, or whatever you're paying for. Export to CSV any time.
What happens when a customer goes through twice?
AME spots the existing profile, threads the new enquiry to it, starts a fresh deal on the existing customer. You see both deals in their timeline.
Can I filter or segment customers?
Yes — by stage, by tag, by channel, by vehicle interest, by aftersales lifecycle status. Saved filters live in the sidebar.
