Common inbox questions.

Can AME really sound like me?
Yes. In the first week we train her on your existing replies — your tone, your phrasings, your typical close. She'll feel like you wrote it. You correct any drafts that miss, she learns from each correction.
What if I want to take over a conversation?
Tap "Send manually" on any draft, or just open the conversation and type your own reply. AME steps back the moment you take over. She watches and resumes when you're done if you want.
Does she work in WhatsApp Business or regular WhatsApp?
WhatsApp Business. We help you set up the account in the first week.
What about Instagram comments — does she handle those?
Direct messages yes, public comments no (yet — on the roadmap).
Can I have different reply styles for different channels?
Yes. You can configure tone separately for SMS vs WhatsApp vs email vs web chat. Most dealers leave it identical.
What if she gets it wrong?
Every reply is logged with the AI activity history. If she sends something off-base, you can roll back, edit the draft post-hoc, or correct her training. It's all transparent.
